Production Supervisor

Core Responsibilities

Monitoring the suitability and capability of production equipment in area.

Deliver & supervise Performance KPIs.

Supervise process flows, space management and working with colleagues to maximise usage.

Area ownership – capacity/volume, Succession planning, process control, housekeeping, flow, stock, Safety.

People / HR management and development / training and issue resolution.

Supervision & reporting on lines performance.

Sites adherence to Mallon’s Safety & Quality standards.

Lead & manage staff to deliver on Core KPIs of quality, safety and customer specifications.

Comply with HACCP regulations.
